What a great experience. I needed a mini split put into an addition. From the beginning, Bill was great. Explained everything thoroughly and the estimate was reasonably priced. Once I paid the deposit we set up the time to install. It was only a days wait and that was because of inclement weather. Bill showed up on time and got right to work. He even modified the disconnect box because the electrician didn't do it correctly. At the end, Bill explained everything to me and even registered the product for me.
